The dispatch is managed by the Tirgu Mures Mayor's Office and is working for the entire Mures County. The dispatch staff is employed by the Tirgu Mures Mayor's Office, by other Mayor Offices in the Mures County and by the Mures County Gendarmerie. The County Ambulance Service and SMURD's doctors are taking shifts with the dispatch as coordinator physicians. The incoming calls are answered either on the 112 number or on the old numbers (961, 981, 955), are recorded and sent to the related dispatch or unit to intervene.
